No Glue throws away the song list
and engages in free-form sets of
unadulterated improvisation. Electronics and MIDI technology allow
the trio to evoke a remarkably wide palette of sound.
No Glue is:
| Stacy Starkweather
was born. He then grew up. He began playing. Since then he has played
with many people like the Jazz mandolin Project, Michael ray & the
Cosmic Krewe, Peter Apfelbaum and the Disciples. Most are still alive.
So is Stacy, so he still plays …..hopefully more with no glue.
Gabe Jarrett was born. He was told that if he practiced a lot, he might grow up to be the son of a famous Jazz star. Instead, he decided to play with the Jazz mandolin Project, Gordon Stone, James harvey and Tammy Fletcher. He's been heard teaching some highly unusual beats to his students recently…..they like it… Greg Matses is born at every gig. Something happens for a while and then he dies. He was first exposed to this phenomenon while studying at Guitar Craft with Robert Fripp. His development continued while playing with Tammy Fletcher & the Disciples, Dude of Life and the Channel Two Dub Band. Lately, He's been heard Teaching his "birthing" techniques to guitar classes at the Community College of Vermont in Burlington…..birth control has proven ineffective.
